These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ez77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ez77 online casino and sports betting platform at ez77.lat. By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game, market, or content on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To register and use ez77 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times. ez77 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Accounts that fail to meet these criteria may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice, and all associated balances may be forfeited.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum applies without exception regardless of any locally applicable legal gambling age.
• You must register using accurate, current, and truthful personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts registered using the same identity, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address are prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all linked accounts.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have had an account previously closed for responsible gaming reasons on this or any affiliated platform.

ez77 operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Before processing any withdrawal, Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of the deposit payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

Each Player may register exactly one account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number used for identity verification and account recovery. The mobile number linked to an account cannot be changed without completing a full identity verification review.

ez77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳300. Deposits are credited immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ez77 does not charge a processing fee on deposits made via local Bangladesh mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Standard card processing fees from Visa and Mastercard may apply and are outside ez77's control.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Incomplete or unverifiable documents will delay the process.
• Any active bonus balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

This may include requesting additional documentation or temporarily placing a withdrawal on hold pending review. These measures protect both Players and the integrity of the Platform.

ez77 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotions to eligible Players. All bonus offers are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms published with each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be fully wagered before any bonus funds or associated winnings are transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance. The standard wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, is 30x the bonus amount.

Players must not engage in any activity that violates these Terms, harms the Platform or other Players, or constitutes fraud, cheating, or exploitation. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ez77:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the house.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting designed to exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds linked to any unlawful activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's code, game logic, odds engine, or data feeds.
• Abusing the customer support system through false reports, threats, or harassment directed at support staff.

ez77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all bets and transactions associated with that account, and forfeit any balance held therein. In cases involving fraud or criminal activity, ez77 may share account information with relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the ez77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, data compilations, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of ez77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content. Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in account termination and may be pursued through legal channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ez77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of account access, service interruptions, or third-party actions affecting a Player's experience.

In the event of a system or software error resulting in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or incorrect credit to a Player's account, ez77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the account balance. ez77 will not be liable for losses incurred in reliance on an erroneous display or calculation.

We actively encourage Players to use the deposit limit, session time limit, and loss limit tools available in account settings. Limits set by a Player take effect immediately and cannot be reduced during a cooling-off period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and ez77, the Player is first encouraged to contact support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ez77 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under procedures communicated by ez77 at that time. Both parties waive the right to pursue disputes as a class action or consolidated proceeding.
